Why I signed an urgent EDM to compensate WASPI women

Good to follow through on campaign promises.

I signed an EDM urging the new Government to honour the recommendations made by the Ombudsman regarding the WASPI women and to come forward with a proper plan for compensation.

This needs to happen quickly - time is not going to make this issue any better.
