Today, I spoke in support of Jools’s Law, which would enable parents to access the social media data on their recently deceased child.

Drawing on my experience meeting senior representatives from all the major tech firms, I called for an urgent change in the law.

This argument is not about data protection, but about ensuring families can concentrate on grieving and healing, rather than going into battle against the tech giants.
