Watch my question about stopping rural Post Office closures

Rural Post Offices are closing at an alarming rate – in only a year, we’ve lost three in South Devon!
For rural areas like ours, Post Offices are the beating heart of the community, providing access to communication, banking, and other vital services.
Their absence is keenly felt. In Dittisham, for instance, residents now must travel 5 miles to get to the nearest branch. This is near impossible for elderly residents who don’t drive given there is no bus.
I’ve been raising the issue of rural Post Office closures a lot recently, including submitting an Early Day Motion - https://edm.parliament.uk/early-day-motion/64016 - and a petition, which you can sign here: https://www.carolinevoaden.com/save-rural-post-offices
Yesterday, I continued this work by asking the Post Office Minister if he could guarantee that no more rural Post Offices will close while the Government is carrying out its consultation into postal services.
