Since Brexit, small businesses wanting to trade with Europe have been tangled by red tape, and the recently imposed General Product Safety Regulations have added yet another layer of cost and complexity to exporting to the EU.

I’ve been contacted by multiple small and micro businesses struggling with GPSR, and today, I asked the Government what steps they were taking to alleviate the pressures created by these new regulations.
