Digital connectivity – or lack thereof – is far and away the most common issue raised by constituents. Yet the government appears completely blind to the issue.

𝐈𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐬’ 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲.

How can they not understand that economic growth in today’s economy hinges on good digital connectivity? Without action the divide between rural and urban areas will only continue to grow.
