Enter my Christmas card competition!!
Updated: Sep 8
I know, I know; it’s far too early! But nevertheless, today I’m launching my Christmas card competition.
All the information you need is in the video below....
To reiterate, if you have a child or know a child who lives in the constituency, please ask them to draw me a lovely, beautiful card design.
This year there is no theme, so they can draw whatever they like as long as it’s Christmassy. And they can use felt tips, paint, crayons, etc. so long as it is on an A5 piece of paper.
To submit, all you need to do is take a photo of the design and email it to my office (caroline.voaden.mp@parliament.uk) before the deadline at the end of the month.
And keep the design safe as after the deadline passes, we’ll be reaching out to the winner!
Last year’s competition was so much fun. The entries were absolutely amazing, and I was so proud to show the winning design to the Speaker of the House, Sir Lindsay Hoyle.
I can’t wait to see your designs this year! ❤️
Please note this competition is only open to children aged under 16 living within the South Devon constituency. If you are unsure which constituency you are in, please check by submitting your postcode here: https://members.parliament.uk/FindYourMP
It might feel early, but what a wonderful initiative to get the children involved in some festive creativity! Showing the winning design to the Speaker of the House, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, is a fantastic incentive and truly makes it special for the young artists. I bet the entries will be brilliant again this year, maybe even inspiring some future sz games designers! Good luck to all the participants! 🎄
